THE DECODER DOES NOT RECOGISE THE USB STORAGE DEVICE:

Your storage device (i.e. flash drive, external hard drive etc.) needs to have a FAT32 format. The decoder will NOT recognise the storage device if it has a exFAT or NTFS format. You need to format the drive to a FAT32 format. You can use the application available at this link to format your device
to FAT32.
